“Dongcheng District Smart Old-age Security Public Service Platform” created by GRENTECH jointly with Beijing Dongcheng District Civil Affairs Bureau, as a smart community old-age security pattern produced through innovation with government and enterprise cooperation, will be officially implemented at the end of 2015. On November 13, at the opening ceremony of Dongcheng District itinerant picture exhibition “Charity Beijing 2015” held at Beijing Yuting Park, Dongcheng District Smart Old-age Security and Smart Service Strategic Cooperation Agreement was concluded between Wei Huiming, Director of Beijing Dongcheng District Civil Affairs Bureau, and Wang Haihua, Vice President of GRENTECH and GM of GREN SMART.

The core function of “Dongcheng District Smart Old-age Security Public Service Platform” lies in health management for the old people. Such physiological data as heart rate, blood pressure, exercise and sleep are collected with the help of smart wearable devices, which will then be analyzed at backstage as big data; then, based on the analytical result, push the health report and health care advice are regularly pushed to the user through the APP. Besides, the platform, with the help of smart wearable device, can achieve positioning of old people, tumble recognition, automatic alarm for help, and so on. In this way, old people can keep close contact with the civil affairs department, community service center and sub-district office, and data on health status of old people can be provided timely. The health service for old people can thus step by step transform from “post-incidence management” to “pre-incidence management” and from “single service” to “full-range health intervention, so as to create healthy and happy life for old people.

GREN SMART will also cooperate with Dongcheng District Civil Affairs Bureau in building the “GRENTECH Family” Operating Center in Dongcheng District. The Center is dedicated to providing old people with routine life service which will be extended to community residents. By means of Internet, Internet of Things, cloud computing alike, efforts are made to integrate more than 500 community service providers in the jurisdiction, so as to form a service pattern with online reservation and off-line experience and provide old people and other community residents with emergency call, housekeeping reservation, health counseling, items purchasing by agency, service payment, etc. In this way, community residents can lead an easy, rich and highly-efficient “Internet+” smart life.

Besides, at the opening ceremony of Dongcheng District itinerant picture exhibition “Charity Beijing”, “Dongcheng District Charity Donation Information Platform” built with the donation of GREN SMART is officially launched as well. With this system, residents in Dongcheng District can stay at home to make online donations or donate their idle items to the charity system by selling them online for charity. The donations and where the money goes will be made public and transparent. the donators can check by searching the system page. Meanwhile, with the help of the Internet characterized by high speed and wide spread coverage, the information concerning charity and public benefit will be published timely, so as to attract more people into the charitable cause. In this way, those in need can receive timely help. CEO Gao Yingjie also declares to donate 200,000 yuan of smart wearable devices, and according to Gao, smart wearable devices serve as part of work pushing the community smart old-age security and smart convenient service.
